Sent a Facebook message in the evening after hours and got a response within 5 minutes, which I was not expecting! Asked for an appointment after a specific time and they accommodated my request and was even able to make it out the very next day. Techs were on time, explained the problem and showed me the broken piece. They were in and out within 30 minutes and didn’t break the bank or have me wishing that I just bought a new dryer (this has happened to me before with another company).
