Wow this is CRAZY reading all these reviews. I’ve rented through nearly a dozen landlords & Pat was BY A LANDSLIDE the best landlord I ever had. He kept our rent at a fair rate & even when he SOLD the location he put us in an extended lease to prevent the new buyer from raising our rent crazy. (That new landlord has now increased our rent by 100% in under 2 yrs) I was here under Pat for over a DECADE & he raised the rent maybe like 100$ in that ENTIRE time.
