I work for Synergisdic IT Solutions. We are on the second floor of this building. We moved here from the Heritage Mark building. I have loved every second of having our office in this building. All of the surrounding tenants are super nice, and the Civil Corp staff are incredible. I have talked to the building owner a couple of times, and he is a wonderful, very helpful person. We are proud to have our office here.

This place saved me well over 1000 dollars and I couldn’t be happier! Long story short, a survey was done on a piece of property 15 years ago and there was a slight mathematical mistake on the survey and my bank lender wasn’t going to approve the survey. Instead of making me get a new survey, this company reviewed the survey and corrected it for me because in fact it was wrong. Most people would have just wanted to take my money but they did the exact opposite. Thank you so much!!!

Been buying and selling real estate for many years. Absolutely, hands-down the WORST surveyor we’ve ever had to deal with. Cost us months of time and money on a deal and on top of that, even surveyed the WRONG property. Truly disappointed in the quality and service delivered and do not recommend whatsoever.
