Civil werx trucks are run down and fail dot inspection I was forced to run there truck or risk getting fired - I also was harassed by a novice supervisor - called me on my day off yelling at me why am I not answering there phone calls - it’s my day off that’s why! Owner didn’t bother having a vocal conversation like a professional business man It takes natural leaders to lead - Not someone who has inside knowledge on zoning with the zoning board - Must be nice. Cheating your way to the top.
