Civico is currently building a multi-unit condo building on my street in West Newton. For a company that claims to be "community-focused," they have been horrible to the local neighborhood throughout the construction process. I would not agree to having civico do any construction work anywhere. I live across the street from a current construction project by this company In Newton, Massachusetts, and it has been a nightmare. They will promise anything to get approval to do the job, and then Once construction gets underwaythere is zero follow through with regard to notice to the neighbors, response to complaints, control over the contractors, SAFETY, and the list goes on.
