I went to visit someone who lives in this apartment complex, I noticed a lot about the upkeep of the outside areas and etc. trash is normally thrown on ground in trash area and overfilled, the bushes need to be trimmed the lighting on certain floors aren't bright enough, I stepped in dog poop getting out my car. I'm trying to understand what is the little walk in gate is for when you don't have a gate to keep out the weirdos that walk around it. Clean, spacious, peaceful, great location, lively events, family-friendly vibe.
We stayed there for 3 years and never had any issues. Good place for family.
We had a wonderful stay at Civic Plaza from Feb 2023 to Sep 2024. It is in close proximity to the Bart and grocery stores such as Safeway and Lucky. The Ohlone walkway is just right behind. The cool breeze and frequent fogs from the sea make this place even more special. Deborah, the manager, has been helpful with our application and move-out process. We miss Civic Plaza. Thank you.
