Phone service is horrible, I waited on hold for 10 mins and someone answered while making an appointment with a patient so not professional I could hear the persons personal details over the phone, the second time again waiting almost 10 mins call was finally picked up and then slammed back down! bad Service when you get hung up on after waiting so long

I've booked an appointment from Liverpool 6wks ago for my 7wk old daughter and because Dr.Polon,a pediatrician,have clinic in Fairfield which is in civic plaza medical specialist we decided to go there as it is easier for us. The receptionist in Liverpool said we can do that and she will send my daughter's folder in Fairfield On the appointment date, as we are entering the facility in civic plaza medical specialist there are 2 receptionists the 1st greet us nicely and ask which doctor are we going to.I greet back with a nice... read more
The receptionist here named Nicky was very rude.the person in charge here should give her customer service training.
