Ashley Garcia, the leasing director made the process very easy. She was professional and welcoming and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again. As far as the Civic Lofts, the building looks great and my client is very happy with his apartment.
Moved in today. Ashley Garcia has been amazing. In a time when service and going above and beyond is hard to find Ashley has exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I flew in from NV and got in after hours. Ashley came and still met me to show me around and give me my keys so, I didn’t have to stay in a hotel. I didn’t expect that and am grateful. Her communication and dedication to her job has been superb!!
