I strongly advise against residing in these apartments. I have been a tenant for nearly six months, and for an extended period, the amebidas princupsk was closed. Furthermore, I have been the victim of two robberies, and the management has failed to provide any satisfactory response. I am compelled to leave this location due to the pervasive insecurity and lack of support. However, I am currently forced to endure an uncomfortable situation because the management refuses to allow me to vacate
The problem wasn’t able to be completed immediately because they had to contact an outside contractor. But Zac was in contact with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way.

Constant need for maintenance submissions because of appliances and electrical source issues. The main amenity (sky lounge) has been closed for the last 6 months - when the staff said only 3, and there has been no reduced monthly rent due to these closures of property features. Not a social building either -might also be because of the lack of access to general amenity spaces. When comparing rent price and offerings to renters at other locations around the golden triangle - Civic lofts is not the top choice.
Hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The maintenance team is always so on top of everything whether it be keeping the building put together, doing an apartment maintenance and staying communicative. Zak is the main maintenance person, I have worked with and every time has been great. The building is really quiet and feels safe and if there ever is a mess, it gets cleaned up within 24 hours. I’ve lived in some really bad buildings and this is not one of them!
