I am extremely disappointed with how the front desk staff manages patient appointments. I was left waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time. During that hour, the reception staff completely ignored me when I tried to ask for an update. To make matters worse, they checked in and sent back multiple patients who arrived long after I did. The medical care here might be good, but the front desk's complete lack of organization, communication, and respect for patients' time is unacceptable.
Receptionist Raman is awesome she always help .
Dr. Ajit Barau is very unprofessional. He is always late(atelast 1hour) I ma not sure how he is still practicing? No one calls or emails physician office from where they’re licensed and are register to practice. He is always rushing, sometimes misses phone call appointments, never follows back for any blood work. What is going on? Worst doctor ever Everyone having bad experience with Dr. Ajit please contact the number in the picture I have attached!!! He needs to learn a lesson!!
You have to wait too much 1.5 hours. If you can’t take patients then don’t make appointments.
