Just attended Miss Saigon. We had Center orchestra tickets, but couldn’t understand a word said. Spoke to several other attendees and they said the same thing. When I complained, I was told there is a closed caption app I could use. These defeats going to a musical if you must look at your phone the entire time. They must do something about their sound system. Gave up and left at intermission.
The performance was great from what we seen. There should be an area for people who are bringing kids. Like down by the Orchestra so they can not be seen or heard! Two little 4-5 year old girls with huge bows in their hair (sat) standing ,dancing in front of us. The people next to them thought it was a movie with crackling food wrappers the whole show. The Civic Center Music Hall is a beautiful, warm, charming venue. There is comfort and delights for citizens' and visitors to OKC. The structures' character, style, and integrity makes me believe Civic Center Music Hall is here to stay throughout... Fabulous menu of experiences. Just open the door and feel the joy.
