Super frustrated that today’s Illusionist event was not cancelled. We will not be there as we feel it is the safest and most responsible decision given the current situation.

I have been to one venue here and it was great. However I am certain I won’t return soon due to their handling of the shows during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is irresponsible at best to proceed with the shows and then heartless to not offer responsible, prudent patrons their money back if they choose not to go. People work hard for their money and look forward to these events. The Civic Center compounds the disappointment by not offering refunds in this very unusual circumstance.
We appreciate all your help today, We know it’s hard to make decisions right now, we took the decision to cancel all our plans this week including the show, 😞 for our family safety, and after some time you respond our text and help us out, we appreciate it. Staff was really helpful and friendly.
The entire USA has cancelled events even national events and the CDC and WHO suggest no large crowds yet they refuse to cancel a show for the safety for all involved. JUST MONEY HUNGRY. Beware.
