Our dog was recently treated here, and the initial visit went well. However, we had to go back two days later to get the remaining medication in liquid form that was missed the first time, even though it had already been paid for. We then ended up waiting nearly an hour just to receive the rest of the medication. This was especially difficult for me, as I was already dealing with significant neck pain from a disc herniation, which worsened during the long wait.
