We can’t say enough good things about VCA Civano Animal Hospital Emergency Center and especially Dr. Juhl. Our sweet french bulldog, Zoey, recently had a sudden health scare, and we were understandably anxious and worried. Great place to take your fur babies. Caring, professional staff see to it that mom and dad are cared for during any procedure. Up front pricing before anything is done and final prices stay exactly where estimate says they will. Top notch staff right down to reception and technicians. Know your pets are in good hands here.
We greatly appreciate the care and sympathy we received from the emergency staff and vet during our difficult visit.
I usually like it here. However, I brought in my kitten with blatant and obvious signs of having eaten something at least toxic, to have staff not triage him for over an hour. Then, after we waited even longer, to tell us the bill could be as high as $1000 and we were “welcome to go somewhere less expensive, if they have space”.. I knew my cat needed an emergency visit at 5:30 this morning. It is now almost 8 and I feel like this is extremely intentioned.
