Cival is so wonderful. We found my financée’s engagement ring there and they helped us restore and resize a family heirloom ring for me. The staff is friendly, communicative, and so knowledgeable and excited about jewelry. We love Cival!

Cannot say enough good things about this treasure of a store! They are so attentive, their customer service is unmatched, and the jewelry is unimaginably beautiful. It’s been lovely working with them in such a short time between my engagement/wedding. I wish I lived closer, but I’m thankful their delivery is quick and seamless

Phenomenal pieces and lovely staff! Purchased a beautiful Dalmatian jasper ring at a Chicago market and left one of my favorite turquoise rings w them to fix (I broke the stone off). Just received my ring in the mail and it’s perfect, fits well and you’d have no idea they had to cut out the stone to remake the setting :) 11/23/24 update: Still in love w my Jasper ring and wear it all the time. Such great quality jewelry!

Kota was amazing! Greeted us right when we walked in and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. What a great store with beautiful things and beautiful staff!
