Horrible experience. DO NOT buy a building from Cityzen. They have turned our building's parking into public parking, they doubling the amount of people living in our complex while not updaing the roa, parking, and garbage infrastructure. They simply don't care at all about the residents living in the condos they develop. They make comercial spaces part of "shared services", so residents have to pay the lion's share of maintenance fees for commercial public parking lots and retaurants.They still haven't delivered all ameniti... read more
