Horrible experience. DO NOT buy a building from Cityzen. They have turned our building's parking into public parking, they doubling the amount of people living in our complex while not updaing the roa, parking, and garbage infrastructure. They simply don't care at all about the residents living in the condos they developed. They make comercial spaces part of "shared services", so residents have to pay the lion's share of maintinance fees for commercial public parking lots and retaurants. Leave People's Lives into Danger, Only want to Make Money. This builder designed and built "seeming promising" but actually horrible condo on Queens Quay & Yonge. The builder turned the underground parking, which is "ensuited" in the residence area, into half public parking. Even worse, they changed the rule of turning left/right in the parking lot and leaving non-residents walking up/down the ramp: families, women with babies, seniors walking on the ramp! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUILDER… I live in 30 Ordnance and it has been so much issues with water and floodings. My AC/heating was never connected from occupancy (May 2020), when I brought it to their attention they did come and repair after four months. I asked if I was entitled to compensation and their customer service manager Maria C called me a liar and was incredible rude when i asked to speak to someone in a higher position as she was rude and aggressive, I was told she was the only person I could do to as she is the... read more
