Ubaldo was very knowlegeable and not pushy at all. Excellent work by the crew. They cleaned up everything. Offered senior discount. Will definitely use them again.

Citywide’s service was great. The team was efficient and followed through with the trimming. I had services before who’d promise you the world but didn’t complete what they said they would do. But Citywide trimmed everything they said they would and thank you! My minor comment is the string lights and solar panels that were removed for the trim weren’t installed back. It’s not a complaint but it’ll make the team a superstar with detail of attention. Thank you again and great job 👏🏻

Ubaldo and his team do great work. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. All of that being said, it’s their kindness and respect that they show their clients that’s the most important. I will definitely be using them from now on.

The business consistently disregards my property by leaving trash and flyers, despite clear signage requesting otherwise. My interactions with the owner have been met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Based on direct experiences and communications, I recommend skipping Ubaldo and seeking alternative, more professional services.

I have to be honest andsay The more I spoke with Ubaldo Grimaldo and just not confident in wanting to spend the money with any tree service what he had to speak about in terms of leaving the Queen Palm and not taking the hole Palm out truy convince me to have them do the job. His workers were excellent, friendly and Sam eager to assure we were pleased. All his workers were wonderful and hard workers. I would not have problem recommending them to anyone.
