I would not recommend Citywide Title based on my experience as the buyer’s Realtor in this transaction. Communication was extremely poor from start to finish. Key items were missed, including my 1% commission and my office policy/commission paperwork, which should have been handled correctly and proactively. On top of that, I was not provided the ALTA settlement statement in a timely manner, which made it difficult to properly review and confirm the numbers before closing. Great closing experience
Horrible customer service, never returns phone calls. Did not pay all the bills from closing!
