Great closing experience
Horrible customer service, never returns phone calls. Did not pay all the bills from closing!
This is the second time my family using this title company. I like how professional they are specially Vanessa she emailed me to let me know that everything was good with the wire transaction.
I recently called to ask a few questions and a Hispanic lady from customer serviceanswered the phone. The purpose of my call was to get more information about their services. She couldn't answer my question and tried routing me to the sales department. As I asked more questions and for her name she hung up the phone on me. Horrible business!
