They did a very good job and clean up was excellent. Their staff were all very professional, polite and helpful in assessing job requirements.
Citywide Restoration was great! Tile looks so much better. They were also helpful with education on what products will keep it looking that way! Great work!
They were really nice and quick. My carpet stayed wet for 3 days however. Next time I’ll mention that to them. Also my cats got sick and threw up for 1 day afterwards because I couldn’t keep them off the wet carpet that long. I probably would have had that issue w anyone but idk.
Citywide did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet after they had taken care of a water leak. They also offered a service that revitalized the decorative wooden trim on the front of my house. The pressure washing they did on the sidewalk, curbs and driveway was so impressive my neighbors actually noticed and asked for contact information !!! I will never call anyone else.
This company gets 5 stars because 6 stars is not an option! Totally satisfied! Try them! You will not regret it.
This firm did a fine job on my carpets and tile flooring. I gave the tile the "white glove" test and they were immaculate. I will have Citywide back for my next cleaning.
