Allen with City Wide was absolutely fantastic. My issue was water damage. He took the time to educate me about the extent of damage, repair needed, and educated how to address my insurance needs. Met Friday at my home and immediately worked all weekend to take care of me and my highest financial asset, my home. In addition, the next week, he went so far as to meet with insurance adjuster field guy himself as my father was ill and I was unavailable. If you want it done right, call these guys first. Carpet cleaning companies are not all the same. I called Citywide to clean my carpets (I have both standard pile carpets and high maintenance wool carpets) because they were able to totally clean up some stain issues that I had to deal with in the past.
