Not sure what we paid for. Came home Friday night to a dead ac and our landlord’s regular tech wasn’t available so called Fast Response. Tech showed up about 2 hours later and checked the ac unit and said we needed a capacitor and float switch. The tech didn’t have the parts on their truck so another tech was sent a couple of hours later (roughly 9:30pm at this point).
