loved how it was a confined space to take my BLS class. easy directions and easy to access. very smooth process!
I did have a small issue with the dummy but I called the number and they where able to help me right away. The cart the dummies are on was did not have locked wheels though and because of that the dummy became unplugged during the 3 man cpr and I had to start it over.
Very easy process!
