They have always done great with my pets. They have been kind and respectful. That was until today. They ended up charging me more than they originally said. And when I called to figure out why their supervisor got very rude with me along with the person who first answered my call. They had charged me for something I didn't know they planned on doing. They did not tell me they were going to do it and charge me so much for it! Never going back. Worst experience ever!
Dr.reynolds was wonderful..she descibed everthing in detail...the outcome was not good but she stayed by side n treated me n my dog with kindness n sympathy..thank u for helping me through a sad time...
They made sending my 15yr old furbaby to doggy heaven a very nice and peaceful process.
