The greed of this developer is unparalleled. Whoever thinks it’s ok to let their crew start pounding away every morning at 6am, try it in your own neighborhood. Better yet try it in your CEO’s neighborhood & see if it flies. PDS openly stated that the hillside you are building this development on is not recommended for this level of development. These pictures pretty much sum up the entire neighborhood. Poor quality overall. Can't even do concrete right. Always do your research first folks!

Speaks volumes that people who just moved in this year are already selling. It appears that it's nobody's job at Fischer Homes to handle customer satisfaction or quality control. No one seems to be in charge. No one knows or communicates anything. Extremely sub-par build quality. Millipede infestation at every building. Gravel, nails and rocks all over the road every night. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wouldn’t recommend CityView Station or Fischer to my worst enemy. A third of the homes already have water damage because they run the sprinklers outside all day (even in May when it rained every day) and the water just shoots directly into the brick until it makes its way inside. The entire community is infested with millipedes but Fischer and the HOA refuse to do anything about it and just say it’s “your problem” even though anyone with a 7th grade education knows millipede infestations need to be addres... read more
