My sister is getting the best care ever. Each and every staff member is caring, attentive, friendly and so kind! The food is gourmet, served like in the most elegant restaurants. The rooms are bright, beautiful and spotless. The healthcare is professional and reliable. They have stimulating activities and outings daily. I’m so grateful for the loving care my sister is receiving. It gives me the peace of mind and confidence that she could not be in better hands.
I have lived for over two years. It's a nice place to stay. The food is good The Staff is very caring.
Recently moved my Dad into memory care and Dawna was so helpful throughout this difficult time. They gave him a very warm welcome to may dad when he moved in with a sign posted in lobby "Welcome Fred" and a nice snack basket in his room. The staff is very nice and does a great job keeping me informed.
My father has recently transitioned to CityView as a new tenant, moving from independent living, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The administrator provided exceptional assistance, guiding us through the entire process and meticulously setting up a care plan tailored to his specific needs.
