My mother moved to CityView Memory Care about a month ago. The intake process facilitated by Dawna was done so smoothly and I appreciate her welcoming and positive attitude. The manager confined my father to his room for 19 days, like a little child or a prisoner, for 'bad behavior.' What was the bad behavior? A misinterpreted rude comment. We will be bringing a class action lawsuit against this facility and ensuring that no one else is so horribly mistreated by the staff there. Do not put your loved ones into this facility.
