Recently moved my Dad into memory care and Dawna was so helpful throughout this difficult time. They gave him a very warm welcome to may dad when he moved in with a sign posted in lobby "Welcome Fred" and a nice snack basket in his room. The staff is very nice and does a great job keeping me informed.
My father has recently transitioned to CityView as a new tenant, moving from independent living, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The administrator provided exceptional assistance, guiding us through the entire process and meticulously setting up a care plan tailored to his specific needs. She explained the process and gave a detailed tour of the installation. She was also very kind and empathetic. Now my loved one is in memory care.
