Everyone on the CityView staff is kind, warm, and goes above and beyond in helping their residents feel cared for. My aunt just moved in there and starting with Dawna in the admissions office to Marcia in Wellness to every caregiver we have encountered--I have been impressed by how responsive, helpful, and truly caring folks have been. And it is a lovely facility in a great location. Truly a gem and I am so grateful we found it. They have also been very helpful in navigating the Assisted Living Waiver, insurance, etc.
I've called MULTIPLE TIMES to speak to someone there regarding my Brother , and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!.
I’m a volunteer at CityView and have come across some wonderful caregivers here. One in particular is Eddie, who is wonderful at his job and attentive to all the seniors here. It’s a pleasure to see the seniors in such great hands. His patience and attentiveness to the seniors’ medical needs is comforting for the families who have their loved ones here.
My Uncle has been at City View since October 2023. Between my grandparents, parents and now uncle; I have many years engaging with different facilities. For me the most important factor is communication. The staff has been very communicative with me. In my opinion the staff work very hard to make the residents feel comfortable. I don't give many things 5 stars; however City View's hard work and effort warrants a 5 star rating.
The staff at City View have always been welcoming and accommodating to my mother-in-law and her family. I feel comforted when I see my mother-in-law joking and hugging the staff. This shows me that she is with people who care and take good care of her. I also take notice of how nice and well kept my mother-in-law always looks. There are days when the staff does her nails which I know she really enjoys.
