Dr. Raskin is simply awesome. We have an adopted kitten who needed to be seen on an emergent basis, and Dr. Raskin got him in within the hour. Our kitten was on the mend soon thereafter, and the follow-up by the Dr and his team was fantastic. They even stayed in touch with the adoption agency and facilitated getting meds and additional vaccinations from them. Dr. Raskin has also taken excellent care of our older kitty. I have been here multiple times with my foster pets. The staff is quick to great you and get your pets seen. The staff is friendly and has a clear passion in what they do. The facility is extremely clean. They also return calls in a prompt manner.
Our dachshund, Luna needed surgery to remove Lipoma and cystic lumps. Dr. Raskin and the entire CityVet crew took very good care of her. The staff called us to confirm and give the instructions the night before the procedure. Dr. Raskin sent us messages during the day to let us know how the procedure went. Our dog loves the groomer, Rachel! She provider amazing customer service and discussed all the grooming options with us beforehand. Rachel ensured our dog felt calm and loved the entire time! The groom is immaculate, and we will definitely be back.
