Excellent service and staff that cares!
It was my second time bringing my dog here. He was just getting a quick flu shot. The woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Lisa - she has a shitzu) and Eugenia went above and beyond to get my anxious dog to follow them back to the exam room while happily wagging his tail. This is the first time that has happened in four & a half years of vet visits and grooming appointments. The absolute most caring staff around - bar none - the vets, the front staff, the groomer are all amazing.
While the doctor at this clinic is skilled and compassionate with animals, the experience is unfortunately overshadowed by poor management—specifically from Junná Jones. Junná has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including: • Frequently being on his phone during work hours • Ignoring phone calls from clients • Failing to have necessary items or treatments prepared on time • Showing disrespect toward both clients and employees The environment feels disorganized and unwelcoming under his management.
