If we could give this place zero stars we would. I have never written a review before but had to go on to WARN OTHERS about what has happened to our dog there. Recently our dog was brought in for a nail grind and his nails not only were not ground while we were charged for it, MUCH WORSE our dog's two side nails (where the thumbs on a human would be) were FULLY TURNED AROUND and so painful that he was yelping when we tried to inspect them.
