I brought my puppy in for an emergency visit today because he ate something off the road.. The vet prescribed Royal Canin Gastrointestinal wet food but failed to tell me to stop his regular diet. To make matters worse, the assistant gave incorrect information.Because of this severe communication breakdown, my puppy mistakenly ate 4 meals today. I can’t recall the name of the woman, but the receptionist was rude as it can be. Can’t do customer service asking if I got a new puppy what it would be cost wise for her third set of vaccination shots. She hung up on me. I lost a pet within the same week and she was clueless as it gets. Go elsewhere.
All the staff is always so helpful! My cat was unfortunately diagnosed with lymphoma this year and Dr. Anthony and all staff have been extremely helpful throughout this process.. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to have chosen them as her primary vet!
Dr. NEESE and the entire team at CityVet - Oak Loan are great and provided excellent care for my cat, Lilibet. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
