I had a great experience at CityVet Lower South End w/ my husky, Luna. They worked hard to get her in the same day when she developed a sudden skin issue, & I really appreciated it. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, & informative. The clinic has a great atmosphere, & they even brought Luna water & gave her treats to help her feel comfortable. I was visiting today for what i assumed was an emergency visit and needed immediate assistance for my pup as a walk in. I was reassured from the front desk staff to come in when i called the office first to give them a heads up on my arrival. On arrival, I was welcomed in and took to a room for check in. Everyone was so friendly and kind! From the front desk and check in to being seen by Dr.Johnson , top notch service 👌🏾 as usual. CityVet LoSo is the best clinic we’ve been to so far and will definitely be our go-to moving forward! From the very beginning, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Latonya at the front desk which really set the tone for the rest of our experience. We were seen right away and the entire visit felt very seamless and efficient.
