I brought my fur baby around February 2025. I found my fur baby Enzo out in the streets and took him in hands for almost a year. After deciding to get him checked up, a friend referred me to CityVet. Was the great choice ever made! The doctors and front desk staff were so helpful throughout the process and very sweet. I’ve brought my pet multiple times here and they are able to help with any questions you have. Though my dog is always very nervous walking in, they are very patient with him and handle with care.
The staff is great and professional.They give my dog a lot love and attention and she loves it.
Staff is friendly, efficient & professional. My dog is happy & tail wagging when we visit, & the front desk ladies smile & greet my dog by her name.
There are not enough positive things for me to say about this practice. Everyone I’ve come across here loves animals so deeply and it’s so clear in the way they care for their patients. I have a scared, reactive rescue dog and they love her SO much. They always reassure me that she’s no trouble, and there are some people there who really have a heart for the tough cases. I’d like a call from the clinic manager to discuss how Dr. Lettsome failed to diagnose my poor dog with pneumonia at two different opportunities. My dog nearly died because she didn’t take his cough seriously. Update: a year later, and I still despise Dr. Lettsome. She was rude, abrasive, and refused to apologize in any way for letting my dog nearly die. If you see great reviews for Dr. Dill—yes, she was great, and she no longer works here.
