Immediately got my dog in for testing. Everyone related extremely well with my dog & me. Follow up call the next day. Suggested next steps which was my decision. More follow up after more testing. They are there for both of us and isn’t just saying the tests don’t show anything and want to leave it there. They are not pushy about doing more things but explaining other possibilities. Love them!!!!!
Great staff and facility. Had my German Shepard neutered and had a couple of small last min requests which they honored. They got him in and out fast. Great experience
The staff were truly amazing and so caring when our 14 year old Blue Weimaraner, Deja Blu had passed away. I was able to stay with Blu in a private room and stay with her until I was ready to leave. Extremely disappointed by the complete lack of urgency or compassion shown by this practice. Over the weekend, my dog’s Valley Fever appears to have severely affected his eyes, and he is now experiencing significant vision loss and can barely see. I called less than 30 minutes after the office opened Monday morning, explained the situation, and asked if there was any way he could be seen. I was told the earliest appointment was two weeks away.
