Worst veterinary clinic that just wants you to keep coming back spending money over and over and over wouldn’t give me the antibiotics for his upper respiratory infection the first time expecting me to do a urgent care walk in and pay more then tried telling me he has pillow foot and I had to recommend a second round of steroids for my cat and yes his foot got better. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all for mainecoon cats or any
Very caring staff, had to make a difficult decision and put our geriatric cat to sleep. I was given all the time I needed to say goodbye to her which was so hard to do.
I will definitely be bringing my fur baby back to them. After a long and stressful day of hard decisions the team at City-Vet in Kingwood were extremely helpful. They were informative, patient and supportive not only towards me but to my kitty as well. They showed genuine compassion and care for my fur baby. 10/10 would recommend.
it was my first time coming to CityVet, but everyone was so kind with us that i would definitely come back again. it is a bit pricey, but the service and how they treat you and your furbaby is so worth it.
Incredible veterinary clinic, I took my cat there after going to another clinic where my cat was very nervous for a week after receiving minimal and poor eye care treatment. The staff at the location were able to treat him without using any excessive force and he was so relaxed after his treatment that he fell asleep. Thank you for your wonderful treatment
