Exceptional customer service!!! We were worried about our fur baby and needed to get in somewhere quick. We called City Vet and they were able to move their schedule around and get us in ASAP. Every staff member was so kind and compassionate towards us and our dog. We were seen right away and Dr Michael was so amazing. He was so thorough, informative, and kind. CityVet has done a wonderful job taking care of my dog and cat. They were able to act quickly and recommend a specialist for my cat when he had a ruptured disc in his neck and couldn’t walk. Thankful for Dr. Michael and Laurel!
We were greeted immediately upon arrival and waited under a minute to get taken to an exam room. Everyone is so friendly and polite, I just love the entire staff! I have gone to CityVet since I moved from Barcelona to Dallas 2 years ago and after many visits ( I have cats and dogs) I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and great with me and my pets. They are an awesome team, specially Dr Michael Chafin and Dr Laurel Chafin.
