Great faculty. Clean and modern. Very well organized and efficient. They let me drop my dog off and work her into vet's availability which was very convenient. Dr. Beach was informative, generous with her time, and a real pleasure to meet. Billing was prompt and fees itemized and explained well. Updated review: the dog died 2 days after being released with no issues found. Sad day.
Needed an urgent appointment for my dog. It was late in the day and I called and got an appointment for 8 AM the next day. Quicker than I expected. They saw her, kept her a few hours, and pretty much took care of the problem. I was very satisfied.
Dr. Beach has done a great job taking care of our dogs for the past ten years. I was able to bring my dog on the day I called. She always addresses concerns that might be serious, but does not recommend services that are unnecessary. The front office staff and the techs are great to work with also.
