Dr. Henke is the owner and full time vet there and she is very compassionate and caring. (Try and get her there is a fill in sometimes) My sweet Princess did not get to stay on this earth unfortunately, but she and her staff did absolutely everything they could for my baby. She even called a specialist. She did a LOT behind the scenes for us and we appreciate her. I recommend her 100%.
Took my golden retriever puppy in for a UTI and am very pleased! The clinic was super clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. My girl was seen quickly and we were in and out with treatment in about 20-30 minutes. I have zero complaints! I will definitely use them for urgent care in the future as needed.
We had to take our dog to City Vet on a Saturday for an emergency. Dr. Henke and the entire clinic staff was amazing. Given the seriousness of the situation they were very responsive to our need. In addition, they gave us all of our options so that we were able to make the best possible decision for our dog. Lastly, they were very compassionate. 100% recommend City Vet!!
We were in a situation where we were babysitting a dog for a friend that went on vacation and the dog ended up having blood in stool. They received the dog without question and gave great care an hour before they closed.
