My dog was seen on Saturday, front desk ladies were awesome, Dr.Fletcher was kind. The tech was just so incredibly loud, high pitched, came into the room and was just talking to my dog in the highest frequency I have ever heard come out of someone's mouth. I wont return for this reason, not to mention she was condescending....I did not care for her at all. The office was clean, well put together but wow!!!!!!! That tech definitely left a lasting impression on me.
Fantastic veterinary hospital.
Our dog had what we thought was an infected, bleeding cut on his leg. He's very, very large and aggressive and they told us they'd have to sedate him to check it out. That was expensive, but we expected that. Our regular vet couldn't get us in for a week and City Vet was able to see him same day! They ended up finding that he was very anemic, had a mild infection, and that it wasn't a cut but really was a bleeding tumor. Dr. Fletcher said she could remove it and they did.
