My girlfriend, Linda, took our pet Lily to CityVet, and she had a great experience with them. She told me that Dr. Sunny Tung was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable, and that the entire team working with him was wonderful as well. They are truly the best people and genuinely care about your pets. They don’t try to charge you for unnecessary things just to make money. I highly recommend this clinic! The prices were very reasonable, the clinic was very clean, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I especially want to appreciate Dr. Sunny Tung—he is absolutely amazing and truly saved my cat Lily’s life. ❤️ I was so panicked because she is my first kitty, and I didn’t know what to do when she got sick. 🤧 She had an upper respiratory infection, and I was extremely worried. Brought my dog in for a leg injury he got roughhousing with his sibling. CityVet was able to get him in right away. Everything turned out ok, but I really appreciate Dr Heidi consulting with an outside orthopedic surgeon to get more information. Luckily, he didn’t need surgery, but the care I got there, from the front desk, to the techs, to the excellent communication and approach from Dr Heidi, makes the decision to come back to CityVet Central Austin an easy one. Called on a Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for my dog early Friday morning. Price estimate was provided to me ahead of time so no surprises. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and professional. I was extremely nervous due to what I was told at a previous ER visit by anothet Vet, but Dr. Tung was very reassuring and explanied everything to me and made sure I understood all that i was being told. All of the staff (receptionist, technicians, doctors) are lovely and truly care about animals. This clinic is super cat friendly too. My 2 cats and my senior dog always have a good time with lots of treats and pets. Brady, Gandalf, Frodo and I appreciate all the care we've received.
