Amazing experience! My puppy was matted and vet groomer Destiny was awesome! She cleaned him up and sent him home looking like a brand new pup lol. I recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing quality and costumer service.
If I could give a rating of "ZERO" that would be it. Do not take your beloved pet here if you want quality care. Took dog in for ear infection. Given drops to put in ears daily but was not told to flush ears daily before doing drops. So when we went in for check up, infection worse so had them pack ears with antibiotics. They scheduled us to come back in 1 month. Get to 1 month appt & was informed we should have been scheduled for 2 weeks not a month. It had cleared up. CityVet Celina Crossing always takes great care of my 2 Frenchies!
I absolutely recommend CityVet at Celina Crossing! They are so warm and welcoming especially in hard times with my senior/blind pup! They go above and beyond to ensure the best care for your animals. Dr. Adams was able to adjust my little mans neck that was in lots of pain and it was night and day difference for him. They even call to check up after the visit. Not to mention it is always decorated so cute and they have drinks and yummy snacks. They make is so easy and great priced! Thank you!!
Wouldn’t recommend, VERY difficult to work with. I transferred over from a different vet because I moved to the area. They would not give my dog her prescribed medication even though it was on her records that has been taking the medication for years.
