Every single person that works there is so nice and understanding of our crazy dog! They are very personal and professional at the same time. They have been there in the most trying times when we lost 2 of our dogs. I would totally recommend this vet!
It's an up close and personal experience with the vets and staff members. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We had our cat Goofy put down and they showed so much compassion to him in his last moments.
Great staff! Everyone there made us feel so at ease and welcomed. My puppy loves the staff and they go out of there way to make him feel loved.
Love this vet, their groomer and staff! They were so wonderful when I had to put my 14 year old Morkypoo to sleep and continue to take good care of my little terrier mix! The entire staff is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile!

From Wendy, who works at the front counter, as well as so many others who I don't know by name, this team has always been friendly, courteous and professional with our family. CityVet staff are compassionate, professional, and, most importantly, patient. The facilities are clean and welcoming. Their commitment to good customer service keeps me coming back. Special shout out to Jamie, one of the vet techs, who made sure I understood everything about my cat’s aftercare and called to check in the next day to make sure we were okay. I stan CityVet Addison and I stan Jamie. Don’t sleep on this place!
