We were introduced to City Vet on Oak Lawn back in 2012 when our little Yorkie was hit by a car and almost lost her leg. Every day for a month I drove her from North Dallas to Oak Lawn for hydro-therapy. No guarantees they could save her leg, but this was our only hope. I have been using City Vet in DFW for years but recent moved to the Addison area. However, today was my first experience with the City Vet Addison location and like usual they delivered. My dog Stella had both grooming and veterinary appointments today. The team was not only easy to communicate with but kind as well. The groomer listened to my preferences and did an incredible job on her haircut. They were able to take care of all my dogs needs in one quick trip. I have been going to City Vet for almost 4 years for my Blue Heeler. While my dog can be timid about going, the staff always make a huge effort to do what’s best for the dog’s comfort. Dr. Mauritzen is so kind and I trust her completely. She helped us get my dog to an ideal weight and we’ve been doing so well. I have to give a shout out to everyone that works at City Vet Addison. So caring and loving towards my babies. I recently had to say goodbye to two of my senior pups and the docs were so sensitive and caring during the whole process.
