I had a fantastic experience with this body shop. Late on a Friday, I heard a strange noise in my car. Unlike other shops that require appointments, they let me bring it in immediately - even after hours - because they believed it was unsafe to drive. Their policy was transparent and fair: free parking if I approved the repair after diagnosis, or they charge a reasonable fee for diagnosis otherwise. CityTech has been my Go-to Body Shop for over 15 years. They've worked on my 2001 BMW 740. Fanny is extremely helpful and professional, kept me up to date with the entire time, before and during the repair, making the process as easy and pleasant.
