We had a simple question… what happens if there is damage to the car? The guy at the front desk started saying we were accusing them of damage before we even saw the car. Nooo… we were just asking a simple question. Anyways these people think they have some sort of power over all of us they are very rude and feel like they have the right to be when your car is trapped in their lot.
I was in an accident and Cityside Towing arrived. Their representative was kind and communicative with me at the accident site and again at the tow lot. I am grateful and appreciative.
Had a tire blowout and these guys quick and professional. Very reasonable on price
Would give 0 stars if I could. Incredibly rude service very unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT USE
