Buyer Beware Cityside is beyond horrible. All the customer service people are very rude and they have great skill in letting you know that they don't care. I've been a resident almost 2 years and I still don't have my parking permit (after requesting it countless times), the pool is constantly closed when it should be open, and forget about trying to get them to fix the plumbing in my building... No no, I don't mind dirty drain water from someone else's condo backing up into my unit...
