Just called today 1/19/2025 at 4:14pm . I called inquiring about a 1 bedroom and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back several times and was unsuccessful with reaching anyone. I would not recommend moving here. I will take his as a sign of the terrible customer service that I would receive. Hopefully she is fired.
We had an appointment for a tour at 3:30 pm, got there at 3:35 and then sat in the waiting room till 3:56 only for the leasing guy to come out and say ‘I have an appointment at 4 so I can’t fit you guys in’ !!! Trash service. Trash leasing. Save your time and tour some place else.
I went for a tour and the first unit I was shown had dead mice in the kitchen
If you’re considering moving into this apartment complex, think again! My experience here has been nothing short of a disaster. First and foremost, they NEVER answer the phone. It’s as if they want to avoid any responsibility for the abysmal service we’re stuck with. As if that weren’t enough, they frequently shut off the water and have a broken elevator—good luck if you live on a higher floor! The sheer inconvenience is maddening. I can not recommend these apartments, at least the 6040 building. I've lived here for 1.5 years. Since June 2023, there's only been 1 working elevator that breaks down at least once a week. I can forgive an occasional occurrence, but it's often enough to feel negligent. The communal laundry in the building often only have 2-3 working washers at a time, and when the rest seem to be working, they flood. The management office has done an okay job with pest control.
