I have been here for a 1 year in a half and when I tell you they are the worst apartments I have ever lived in!! If you are trying to save money these apartments are not for you! I thought I could save but I wasn't able to. Moving out in a month and can't wait. If you are moving here get ready for a constant train in your ear every 30 minutes, strange maintenance people barging in your apartment with no English skills, water turned off abruptly for 7 hours or more, and air conditioners going out. Pros: - Metro 5514 has better management than the old Cityside Crossing - Comcast/XFinity is faster than accessmedia3, even if they are literally the worst company on the planet - Spacious apartments (1300-ish sq/ft) for decent price ($1000-ish) Cons: - We got burgled since we were on the first floor (get renter’s insurance if you decide to live here) - We heard about 3 people that got burgled over the 2015 holidays - I was second hand witness to a robbery that happened inside the gated area - THERE IS NO POOL - do not be fo... read more
