This is the worst place you can live. The board is crooked with a Booting company getting commission to boot residents and visitors cars. They gave you a pass that expires at 4:00 AM and at 4:30 they boot your car to get $65.00.
The HOA in this place is atrocious. All they care about is money. They take forever to process any type of resident approval. There are multiple maintenance issues that never get fixed. Where does all the money go??? Every morning they boot 10-20 cars and charge $65 to get the boots off. They fine you if you leave your garbage can out too long. I can go on and on.....Their office and response time for callbacks is almost non existent. I would NEVER live here again!!!!

Easily the WORST property management company I’ve ever had to deal with and don’t let me get started on the customer service.
I moved to City Side from Pennsylvania. I had read the reviews before moving and chose to ignore the poor ones. DO NOT do what I did! Some of the worst management I have ever dealt with. Besides the management it is a gorgeous place but until that changes I would never suggest anyone to live there.
Want to live in a community where the property management company harasses you and violates numerous state statutes regarding tenancy? Want to live somewhere where a HIRED property management company consistently lies and also stalks tenants while a board of directors allows such behavior to continue? Move to Cityside!
Visitor passes expire at 4 am. Booting company is there soon after. You’re going to get booted. $65 to get it removed.
Dealing with Leslie about parking and getting in the gate is ridiculous. Clearly the woman does not belong in any position the deals with the public. I would not recommend living here.
