They come up with great ideas and are always very professional. We also are pleased with Nathan Schlosser (Vantage View Decks) and his great design ideas. He comes up with unique plans. Mike worked with us and made sure we were getting the design and plants that we wanted. The crew was very polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves daily. The crew leader kept in good contact with me to assure I was happy with the progress and placement of all plants. I would highly recommend Cityscapes.
I have been looking for a lawn service business for awhile and I just can't do alot of the work anymore. I got ahold of them and they sent me a contract where i could pick what yard work I wanted. I really like that, it gave me choices. When I asked if they could notify me on when they maybe doing some yard work they did. I personally value that I'm able to speak to someone, usually Michael, directly. It makes me feel confident I know what the service includes. Michael has always invested the time to discuss and help me understand what I might need and why. It's evident when they've been to my house by the amount of work they put into the service.
