Great management at a reasonable price. HOA boards, like them, entitled residents, with little to no idea what being a board member is, may have different opinions.
If I could give this HOA negative stars, I would. Most of the people that live in my community hate the HOA here. Its a bunch of kids running a business out of a house. Just to give some facts: (1) It took them well over 5 months to approve my request to get new windows and air-conditioning put in. I followed up with them every week, indicating that it was a medical need for the air conditioning. The end result was a snarky email approval--5 months later.
