Terrible!!!! Impossible to get anyone on the phone, EVEN WHEN PRESSING THE PROMPT THAT YOU ARE IN ACTIVE LABOR!!! Last visit I was told no one wrote any information from my previous annual check up. DO NOT GO HERE
I don't understand how they're so busy - No one picks up the phone, how does anyone else get an appointment at this place?
I just want my records. I gave up on making appointments with them because no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Now, I've moved to a new doctor and just want my records. What does someone have to do to get their records? Lay in front of the door?
My current gyn office requested my records well over a month ago, and they still haven't been received. These records are essential to making a precise diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. This office is just plain irresponsible and discourteous, to hold up something as essential as previous medical records!
These women are heroes. All of them. Visiting the obgyn used to be a nightmare. I feel supported and listened to here. Exams are always quick and pain free. I never knew visiting the obgyn could be like this. If I were a rich woman, I'd send them all flowers. What a fantastic team!
