Working with John Murdock and Cityscape Metro Group was a mistake. Murdock is the owner and CEO. Given that, I was expecting a polished, seasoned, small-business sales professional. Instead I got the Uncle Bobby B used car lot treatment. I saw John shamelessly use bait-and-switch sales tactics on pricing. I also saw him renege on a deal shortly after meeting and reaching a gentleman’s agreement.
