I can't say enough good things about John and his team. John managed to do what a previous realtor couldn't. By the time we found John, our house had been on the twice before and price dropped multiple times. John came in and priced it correctly and managed to get it sold on the same day it hit the market. Even got us a little over asking. Our biggest mistake was not finding him when we had initially decided to sell our home.
